DANIEL N. JANICH NAMED ILLINOIS SUPER LAWYER
Chicago, January 23, 2007 - Daniel N. Janich, founder and managing principal of Janich Law Group, has been recognized by his peers in the field of employee benefits and executive compensation law as a Super Lawyer for 2007. A complete list of Super Lawyers in Illinois is published as a special section of the February edition of Chicago magazine. Each year Illinois Law & Politics surveys lawyers throughout the state and conducts additional research to identify lawyers who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. Only 5 percent of the lawyers in Illinois are named as Super Lawyers.
Mr. Janich, a Fellow of the American College of Employee Benefits Counsel, is an author of numerous journal articles and book chapters, and frequent speaker at annual meetings of bar associations and professional organizations, on employee benefits and executive compensation issues. He is an Associate Senior Editor of the BNA legal treatise, Employee Benefits Law, and Management Co-Chair of the Reporting and Disclosure Subcommittee of the American Bar Association Section of Labor and Employment Law Employee Benefits Committee.
